Our Business pillar focuses on serving small and medium enterprises (SMEs) looking to expand their operations in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) with a particular focus on the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We focus on SMEs because we have a very good understanding of the challenges they face, the key factors to succeed when entering a new market, and therefore we are well positioned to advise them on the best path forward.

A United Kingdom (UK)-based provider of wearable equipment for monitoring health and vital signs contracted with Nadereen to develop their business in the Middle East with a particular focus on the UAE.
Case Study 2:
A Middle Eastern patient education company sought Nadereen’s assistance to help them expand their business in GCC countries.
Our Strategy pillar focuses on helping an organization examine their existing strategy due to changes in its external environment or operational changes from within. We also guide leaders when considering a new market opportunity by providing them with relevant market insights, creating market entry strategies, and offering them blueprints and tools to implement such strategies.
